At WIPL we believe in working hard and then partying around. Our team had been working hard to ensure that you always get the best customer care from us and we've been doing it consistently for last so many years.

It was high time when our team needed a break from the daily routine which was required not only to energize the gang but also rejuvenate our souls, to do that our CEO decided that we take a break and spend some time hitting various parts of Rajasthan on two day trip starting from Saturday August 28, 2010.

What effect would this have on Support: You might experience a bit delay on the response of the tickets but  all your support queries would be responded and answered in less than an hour. Our core team members are carrying their notebooks and have internet connectivity wherever we are going, hence its very rare that you'd see much lag in the response on the helpdesk .

The regular support would resume from Monday August 30, 2010 onwards till then we'd be taking care of the requests remotely and have made all arrangements to ensure that you don't have to wait much before your queries are responded on the web based helpdesk.

Support Phone Lines would not be answered for next 48 hours but we'll have the routing of our emergency phone lines on our cell phones which means any emergency call would be automatically routed and responded.

We'll even have multiple remote admins working on the helpdesk during this time and they'll be keeping a constant monitoring and watch on the servers ensuring that all the servers and services remain up and running during this time

While we have made every possible arrangement to ensure that you do not face any problem during our WIPL Monsoon Fest Trip, it is possible that you could experience some delay in getting the tickets responded and we appreciate your understanding & co-operation in advance.
