Challenge

It was way back in 2001 when I launched my first website. At that time I had little understanding about what hosting means and how the hosting companies operate. I had little understanding of my own requirements and the advice of a reseller was the last word in the industry for me. I was happy as long as my site ‘opened’ in the browser. With experience I realized that there were many other issues that needed care – site optimization, load time, quality of your server, spam, security, hacking, support and much more. I initially hosted with a leading hosting service provider in Rajasthan and later moved to India’s leading hosting company at that time. But the service from both left much to be desired.

Solution

In 2002 I hosted my first site with WIPL. Soon I found a new level of understanding, interactivity and support coming from this new hosting provider. What took me by surprise was the quality and level of support. I remember there were times, when I would be working at 2 or 3 am at night, would face a problem and to my delight, would find a WIPL live chat support online, who would resolve my issues immediately.

The partnership helped bloom us so much that by 2010, Hpathy.com had become the world’s leading homeopathy medicine portal and is now ranked among the world’s leading health sites. From few thousand visitors a month, we have grown to millions of visitors and tens of millions of page views. From a small 20Mb shared hosting space, we have moved to our own powerful dedicated litespeed servers. From a single domain, we have grown to more than 50 domains, some using dedicated server and some on windows shared and semi-dedicated environment with WIPL. From a one-man startup, we have grown to become a Private Limited Company. Life has never been the same since we trusted WIPL with our hosting requirements!

Solid Support

Over the years WIPL has grown many folds too but their level of commitment to their customers has not gone down even a little bit. Indeed, the infrastructure and support has become just better. The service, the turnaround time and the support are still wonderful!
