Smarter Mail Version 5.x.x (EnterPrise Addition) Features
Smarter mail Enetrprise Addition is now available on WIPL Windows hosting. The some of the Smarter mail Webmail features are as below:
General Design
- Entirely new Interface and Design
- Optimized AJAX interface
- Drag and Drop Messages
- Extensive use of Splitters and Tab controls similar to conventional application interfaces
- Right mouse click support throughout
- Keyboard shortcuts supported for all grids (arrow keys, delete key, etc.)
- In-page popups to speed common tasks (warnings, adding, deleting, confirmations etc.)
- New skinning subsystem compatible with all SmarterTools products based on the STInterfaceFramework
Messaging and RSS Feeds
- Added timeframe to email searches
- Added right preview pane
- Added popup reading of messages
- Added ability for Shared folders to be created under sub folders
- Added better viewing and folder management to RSS section
- Added option to set number of days of Tasks and Appointments on My Today page
- Added new disk space indicator which is clickable and links to disk usage report
- Changed message printing to improve readability
- Changed sorting on message lists to appropriately sort by selected column with secondary sort by Date
Compose
- Added Compose Within Popup feature allowing for composing multiple messages at once and to compose while simultaneously using Collaboration or other features
- Added Attachment uploading in the background while composing

Contacts
- Added “By Category” and “No Category” views
- Added phone numbers to contacts grid

Calendaring
